ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned since this order is meant as a reservation of a specific product for a specific customer, we are unable to offer you the ability to cancel the order once you have placed it.

If product is damaged during shipping, all items are shipped with insurance with the carrier. ALL ORDERS need to be checked within 7 DAYS of receiving your package to insure no damage or missing item. Please email us if there is a problem with your order. We will also refund you or allow a credit in the event an item does not make production.

We will ship international. Just email us with what you want and we will manually calculate shipping. We are not responsible for any duty or taxes.

Price Adjustments:

Due to the seasonality of our business, we do not give price adjustments on previously placed orders that have items that have gone on sale, gone on clearance or apply to new coupon codes. We will price match the lower retail price of a competitor but not the price due to a coupon code offered by that merchant. Excludes Amazon
