Refund policy

We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. For Pre order items these are placed and paid for in advanced. The items will ship based on vendors timeline and that’s notated on the product. For Clothing please make sure you check the size charts, or ask for sizing advice before purchasing if you are unsure. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please also be prepared to contact the shipping company used.
