Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned.Since this order is meant as a reservation of a specific product for a specific customer, we are unable to offer you the ability to cancel the order once you have placed it.
Each product should have listed the ESTAMATED time of arrival to us. Please allow for ADDITIONAL time to get to you as well. These are only estimates. Unfortunately a lot of it is out of our control.
