Processing & Shipping TimelinesMost in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Items Pre-order items ship based on the vendor's production and release timeline. Estimated ship dates are noted on each product listing. We'll send you an update as soon as your pre-order is on its way.

Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS with insurance. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the best rate and delivery time for your order. Please check your orders and notify us within 7 calendar days of any issues.

International Shipping We do offer international shipping on most items. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated manually by emailing us.
